Each pendant will come with a sterling silver diamond cut 20 inch snake chain (Pendant can be removed and put on different chain) and have sterling silver bead circles on the bottom to represent the number of children!
Simply pick out your stone and tell me how many silver beads to put on the bottom (Example: for 5 children put 5 at checkout!)
